4.1. Routine maintenance
Check items daily
(1) Before the operation, please make the following checks before the operation.
? Contact part or not
? Confirm detection sensitivity
Confirm the delivery of qualified products, judge it as [OK], and then deliver nonconforming products
(2) Clean after the end
Remove the conveyor belt and clean both sides of the conveyor belt.
Check items weekly
Perform the following inspection once a week: Remove the conveyor belt and check whether the end face is cracked.
Conveyor belt running state, no sound, no peristalsis phenomenon.
4.2 precautions for cleaning
? You must unplug the power when cleaning.
? A cleaning tool such as a soft plastic brush or cloth should be used. Do not use metal brushes, etc.
? Clean with neutral detergent. Do not use diluents and organic solvents such as benzene.
Maintenance of stainless steel
Compared with mild steel and aluminum, stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and is a difficult metal to rust. But not unrusted metal. Due to the use of conditions and environmental impact, will also be polluted and rust.
Stainless steel pollution and rust caused by a variety of reasons, but basically by floating in the atmosphere of iron powder and harmful gases in the composition of the adhesion, accumulation or salt caused by the adhesion. These adhesives become the main reason for rust, moisture after solidification, damage stainless steel surface of the non-dynamic skin film, this hinder regeneration state is called stainless steel rust state. Because this kind of stainless steel is in the early stage, it can be simpler to remove and return to the original surface state. This stainless steel rust is the most layer of material, not the rust generated by corrosion of the material itself. In short, stainless steel sometimes rust, but as long as the usual attention to maintenance, can permanently maintain the original beauty of stainless steel.
Repair methods
Rust caused by iron powder or salt, etc., can be wiped with a sponge or cloth dipped in neutral detergent or soapy water, easy to remove. After fully washing with shallow water, do not let the washing liquid residue on the equipment. If the rust caused by the adhesion of cleaning agent cannot be removed with neutral detergent, please use cleaning agent. When the contamination of touch and fingerprint cannot be completely removed with neutral detergent and soap, a sponge or cloth containing organic solvent (alcohol, gasoline, acetone, etc.) can be used to wipe it.
4.3 Conveyor belt loading and unloading method
The conveyor belt of the transfer section is capable of loading and unloading. In order to clean the back of the conveyor belt and conveyor belt tray, please remove it in the following order.
? Loosen the 4 screws outside the body.
? Lift up the side of the driven shaft of the belt conveyor to loosen the motor-driven belt.
? Detach the drive belt (synchronous belt) from the motor pulley.
? After removing the driving belt, lift the belt conveyor upward and detach from the frame.
? Remove the belt conveyer from the side of the detector head. During the removal, be careful not to damage the resin layer in the detector hole.
