How It Works

Four Steps to a Protected Bottle

The CQ-918 installs inline between filling and packaging — fully automated, no operator intervention.

Step 01

Feed

Filled and capped PET bottles enter the detection tunnel on the existing conveyor — no change to line layout.

Step 02

Scan

The electromagnetic field inspects every bottle for Fe, non-Fe and stainless steel fragments — wet or dry product.

Step 03

Analyze

Phase tracking and product tracking compensate for the water content effect, distinguishing real metal from product signal.

Step 04

Reject / Pass

Contaminated bottles are automatically removed by pusher, flap or air-blast rejector; clean bottles continue to packaging.
