The CQ-910K is a touch screen digital metal detector built on advanced digital technology with imported core chips. Its detection coil is fully sealed for high accuracy, stable performance and strong anti-interference — essential on a busy dried vegetable packaging floor.

Operators switch between vegetable products in seconds: up to 24 product parameter sets are stored, and the improved fully-automatic learning function no longer requires manually placing products during setup. Every batch is documented — the machine stores up to 100 batch reports that survive power failure.

How It Works

The CQ-910K installs inline between weighing and packing — fully automated, no operator intervention.

Step 01

Feed

Vacuum-sealed dried vegetable packs enter the detection tunnel on the existing conveyor — no line layout changes.

Step 02

Scan

The sealed-coil electromagnetic field inspects every pack for Fe, non-Fe and stainless steel fragments.

Step 03

Analyze

Auto-learned product profiles compensate for the dense, irregular pack effect — separating real metal from product signal.

Step 04

Reject / Pass

Contaminated packs trigger the configured mode — alarm-stop, flap, pusher or rewind removal; clean packs continue to cartoning.
