Operation mode: three operation modes

a. Dynamic mode: normal pipeline mode;

b. Static mode: After the material enters the weighing platform, the weighing platform stops running, and the weighing is performed to improve the accuracy, which is suitable for products with less than 20 passes per minute;

c. Energy-saving mode: (optional) The energy-saving mode can be turned on on the basis of a and b modes, and no material is set to pass the shutdown time. When the equipment is idling, it will automatically stop after the long time, and then automatically start when there is material passing.

Peripheral device communication: standard RS-485 and RS-232 dual communication port output.

b. (Optional) The RS-232 interface is a custom protocol, and you can set the command to send the content yourself. (57600bps, 8, N, 1) can be modified.

An external printer or printer can communicate with the device, or it can be connected with the front and rear packaging machines and production equipment to feedback the weighing result so that the recipe parameters can be automatically modified.

Chinese input method

a. The formula name can be entered in Chinese, and it is more intuitive to find the switching recipe.

b. With the RS-232 communication port, it is possible to send Chinese characters of Unicode strings to peripheral devices. (It is suitable for external printers or marking machines to print Chinese characters).
