High-speed foreign body detection for packaged and bulk products. The customized CQ-YW800 combines a 400×200 mm inspection tunnel with two independent pneumatic pusher stations — it sees inside every pack and removes rejects without stopping your line.

Every scan is logged with time-stamped images and anomaly thumbnails. Full run history is exportable over LAN or USB.
Density-based algorithms detect SUS304 balls down to φ0.4 mm, ceramic to φ1.0 mm and glass to φ2.0 mm.
Tower light and audible alarm give instant status across the plant floor — plus touchscreen multi-language operation.
