CHAO QIANG
A 400×200 mm X-ray system with a split-type conveyor and pneumatic sinking reject at the exit — inspects boxed, bagged and bulk products for iron, stainless steel, ceramics, glass, stones, bones, shells, hard rubber and hard plastics, then sinks rejects off the line automatically.
Powders, sausages, sauces and other packed products hide contaminants inside their packaging. The split-type CQ-YW800 catches what operators and metal detectors miss — and sinks it off the line automatically.
Metal, glass, stone and bone fragments hide inside powder bags, vacuum packs and pouches.
Foil pouches and dense packaging block conventional detectors — X-ray sees through them.
Manual removal at 70 m/min is unreliable and costly — automatic rejection is the only answer.
No scan log means no evidence — one complaint becomes an expensive dispute or recall.
The main unit scans every product; a separate outfeed conveyor carries good product onward. When a defect is detected, the pneumatic sinking mechanism at the exit drops the reject into a collection point — without stopping the line.
The separated inspection and outfeed sections make installation, height adjustment and reject collection simpler on existing lines.
